Responsibilities

  • Supervise facility management staff and daily operations
  • Ensure all services including housekeeping and maintenance are delivered as per SLA
  • Coordinate with clients and address any facility-related concerns promptly
  • Conduct regular inspections of facility premises and prepare reports
  • Maintain records of consumables, equipment and vendor contracts

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Facility Management or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in facility management or security services
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
