Job Description:

Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities for the branch. Maintain and update HR records and ensure statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance and leave
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the services industry
Working knowledge of HRMS software and MS Office
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
